- So far Devotay’s Benefit Sunday Program has returned over $21,000 to the community. on various Sundays a portion of our proceeds goes to another worthy cause, and that portion is on a sliding scale – so the more people we serve, the higher the percentage we give back.
If you have a cause you’d like Devotay to consider, start by inquiring with Kim! They work one of two ways:
1) Devotay will provide an event to put in your auction (silent or otherwise). The minimum bid will be $25 above the cost of the event. If the event sells, $25 plus any additional bids will go towards your group, and the remainder will cover the cost of the event at Devotay. If it doesn’t sell, no one loses, if it does, everyone wins! We can choose an event based on the price range of your auction.
2) Devotay is open for dinner on Sunday nights, and based on the number of diners and sales, a percentage of the evening sales go to the target group. So if your group can get people to make reservations for the evening in the name of the group, the proceeds go directly to your group. All you have to do is market a mutually agreed-upon date as your Benefit Sunday at Devotay. We will also market it in our newsletters and social networks.
